Fees & Payment
Fees & Payment Standard fees for appointments and therapeutic services are clearly displayed on our website. Unless a concessionary rate has been privately agreed upon during your initial consultation, payments must be settled either via Bank Transfer (BACS) prior to your scheduled session, or in cash at the exact time of your appointment. We reserve the right to amend fees at any time, but any fee changes will not affect appointments that have already been booked and confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information that may affect the services being provided.
Clients agree to engage respectfully and appropriately throughout all communications and sessions.
Any abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in services being terminated immediately.

Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
