Taking the first step

Reaching out for therapy is often the hardest part, and it takes courage. Your comfort and safety are my absolute priorities.

There is no pressure, no commitment, and absolutely no judgment, just a gentle conversation to see how I can support you.

I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone or video consultation so we can briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we are a good fit for each other.

Reason for enquiry

Please note this form is for general enquiries. As this is not an emergency service, please do not include highly sensitive personal information here. I aim to reply within 48 hours.

Finding the Clinic: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Turn off at Tempo Road: Turn right into the Enniskillen Business Centre (Lackaghboy estate).

  2. Parking: Veer left around the main building. To your left, you will see a newer detached building with available parking.

  3. Entering the Building: Enter this newer building. You will see signage for Unit 55: Inner Ease Therapy. Follow these signs.

  4. Heading Upstairs: We are located on the first floor. You can use the stairs or the lift, which is fully accessible.

  5. Locating Unit 55: Once on the first floor, take the door to your right (whether exiting the stairs or the lift). Walk through this door, and then enter the immediate door on your left. Inner Ease Therapy is the very last room on the right-hand side of the corridor.

A Note on Arrival & Privacy

To ensure privacy there is no communal waiting area available. Please aim to arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. Your session time is completely yours, and I ensure there is an unhurried window between appointments to give you a fully grounded space.

Toilet facilities are available on the first floor just outside the clinic.
