Service Description
A 50-minute session drawing on counselling and trauma-informed occupational therapy, whichever combination fits what you need that day. We work at your pace, on what matters most to you right now. Best for regular ongoing support with anxiety, low mood, burnout, stress, grief, or navigating a difficult life transition.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking online up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, please contact me directly, genuine emergencies are always handled with common sense and no judgement, but the full session fee may apply, as that time has been held for you.
