Service Description
An informal conversation by phone or video, no commitment, no clinical assessment, and no pressure to have the right words ready. Just tell me a little about what's been going on, and we'll take it from there. If it feels like a good fit, great. If not, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction. There's no need to use the full half hour, we take as long as is useful and no longer.
Cancellation Policy
This call is free and there's nothing to prepare. If the time stops suiting you, you can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before, and if something comes up closer than that, just email or text and we'll find another time. No explanation needed.
