Deep Regulation Session - In Person
A body-based pathway for nervous system regulation.
Service Description
This programme begins with a free 30-minute call, book one here and we'll take it from there. A 110-minute in-person session, part of an 8–16 session programme (the 'Just Right State' Programme) for complex PTSD, chronic trauma, or a nervous system that has been in survival mode for a long time. This is a sustained, somatic, body-based approach rather than a one-off appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking online up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, please contact me directly, genuine emergencies are always handled with common sense and no judgement, but the full session fee may apply, as that time has been held for you.
