Through Narrative and Attachment-based counselling, we gently explore your life history. In a collaborative and highly attuned environment, we build a coherent, compassionate understanding of who you are and why you react the way you do.

Bottom Up Healing
Finding Your "Just Right" State

Using my OT background, we look at how your nervous system responds to the world. We will use somatic and sensory techniques to help settle your body, gently reawaken your senses if you feel numb, and build a steady "anchor" so you can find consistent relief.

Subconscious Healing
Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy provides a safe, gentle way to bypass that "noise." It allows your nervous system to experience deep rest while helping to reframe unhelpful beliefs.

Integrative Therapy Sessions (50 mins)

We will work together at your pace, blending narrative counselling, OT-informed sensory regulation, and attachment principles to find the tools that best support your unique journey.

Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions
In person or online £60

If you feel drawn to subconscious work, these sessions provide a gentle way to experience deep nervous system regulation, reduce anxiety, and reframe deeply held beliefs without always needing to "talk through" everything.

Extended Intensive Sessions (80 mins)
In person or online £90

For those who prefer more time and space in a single sitting. We can collaboratively combine talking therapy with restorative somatic regulation or hypnotherapy, guided by what your body and mind need that day.
